Franz building is located in the very heart of Prague, in Opletalova 41 street, just a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square.

We offer 53 newly renovated stylish double rooms and apartments. Every room and apartment is fully equipped with a large bed and comfortable mattresses for undisturbed relaxation and sleep. There is a high-speed internet connection to keep in touch with your loved ones and the kitchen includes all you need to make yourself a home-made meal. The house is oriented to the south-east ensuring sunlit rooms, some of them have a private balcony.
The building is dedicated to Franz Werfel, a famous Austrian-Bohemian novelist, playwright, and poet, who lived in this very building from 1903 to 1912.
